All artworks are professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing and handling.

For domestic orders, delivery typically takes between 5–10 business days from the shipping date. International shipping times vary based on location and customs processes.
2. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your artwork has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey to you.

If you encounter any issues or delays with tracking, please contact us, and we will assist in locating the artwork.
3. Shipping Insurance

All shipments include insurance coverage to protect against loss or damage during transit.

If an artwork arrives damaged, notify us immediately upon receipt with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will guide you through the next steps to file an insurance claim and determine a resolution.
4. International Shipping

Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees specific to the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Returns and Exchanges

Each artwork is unique, and as a small, independent studio, we do not accept returns or exchanges on original artworks or limited edition prints.

We encourage you to thoroughly review all product details and images before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece, please reach out to us before finalizing your order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the piece. Provide photographs of the damage (including packaging) so we can work with you to file a shipping claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

If we mistakenly shipped the wrong artwork, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a return and replacement (if available) or refund.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase and for pieces damaged or lost in transit.

For damaged items, once the insurance claim is processed, we will issue a full refund or offer a similar replacement piece (if available). Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.
4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
5. Custom and Commissioned Artworks

Due to their personalized nature, custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with the design proposal and approvals before finalizing the purchase.
